Re-imagining an Inclusive Summer Work Experience for TCDIP 1L Clerks

The TCDIP 1L Clerkship is a pipeline program that has helped launch the careers of attorneys of color for over 12 years. Knowing that this summer will be different, how do we reimagine this summer under the current circumstances?  

Let's come together to share strategies and brainstorm ideas to provide law students of color the best experience possible. At this forum we'll discuss program logistics, including technology, supervision, feedback, and communication between law firms and corporate legal departments. We'll also share best practices for creating engaging and meaningful student work in these times that both law firms and corporate legal departments can implement. 

Adam Brown, Assistant Director of Career and Professional Development at St. Thomas Law School and Nancy Howard, Director of Recruiting, Inclusion, and Diversity at Fredrikson & Byron will share their ideas and moderate a group discussion focused on your questions.
