The Supreme Four: Portraits of Justices Sandra Day O'Connor, Elena Kagan, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor

Commissioned by the Sunflower Music Festival, in celebration of the centenary of passage of the 19th Amendment. Governor of Kansas Laura Kelly will be narrating the portraits with Maestra JoAnn Falletta conducting the Sunflower Festival Orchestra.

Just before the concert, there is a panel discussion in White Concert Hall on Women’s Rights moderated by local Television Journalist, Melissa Brunner and will include Representative Sharice Davids from the 3rd District of Kansas; the Honorable Evelyn Wilson of the Kansas Supreme Court; the Honorable Jean Dubosfsky, the first woman Supreme Court Justice in Colorado and a Topeka native; Dr. Jerry Farley, President of Washburn University; Maestra JoAnn Falletta and Libby Larsen.
