Practice Group Roundtables: Transactional Law

TCDIP’s Emerging Leaders Group is hosting four roundtables in 2020 to connect attorneys of color with in-house lawyers. Each Roundtable will focus on a different area of law: transactional, intellectual property, litigation and employment. Attendees will engage in small group discussions with in-house lawyers who practice in these fields. The goals are for lawyers to connect with people in their practice area and hear from in-house attorneys about their career pathway and best practices.

Join us on March 4 for our first Roundtable. This event will focus on transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, finance, and commercial contracts. Leaders in transactional law from TCDIP corporate Members will host small group discussions, followed by a networking reception. This event is open to Emerging Leaders Group Representatives and attorneys of color with 1-10 years of practice experience.
