We invite you to join the ABA Business Law Section for a panel with Judge Jerry Blackwell, Justice Margaret Chutich, and Ivan Fong (Medtronic). This panel, moderated by Adine Momoh (U.S. Attorney's Office), will dive deep into how attorneys set themselves up for success in a legal career. As general counsel at Medtronic, and formerly 3M, Ivan Fong has extensive experience in managing all types of legal work, including complex litigation matters. Justice Margaret Chutich, the first openly gay Justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court, will can speak to her legal career prior to her work on the bench, as well as her experience serving in the Minnesota Courts. Judge Jerry Blackwell worked at several litigation-focused firms in the Twin Cities before founding Blackwell Burke in 2006 where he served as pro-bono counsel for the prosecution in the trial of Derek Chauvin.
