Part 1: Race, Mindfulness & Wise Action

Practicing law and juggling the expectations, demands and relationships associated with it can be rewarding, but also exhausting and depleting. As attorneys and legal professionals, we hold great responsibility in our hands. How we show up matters, our state of mind matters and our well-being matters.

During the series with Michelle Maldonado we’ll take a deep dive into how a mindfulness practice can help you successfully navigate issues of anti-racism, equity and inclusion and cultivate well-being for yourself, your colleagues, and family. Learn more about Michelle here.
